The logistics industry has experienced disruptive growth as opposed to where and how it used to be pre-covid. The rate at which people realize they can do business quadrupled and for some weird reasons, logistics companies couldn't keep up, they couldn't keep up not because they don't have the right tools or experience needed to make day-to-day delivery activities come through, but instead they are handicapped by governments and rules that stop the industry from transitioning.
